Shipping policy

SHIPPING & RETURNS

• All discounted orders are final sale.

• Orders received after Friday at 3:00 pm will be processed the next business day.

• Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will ship on the following business day, which is Monday, unless Monday is a national holiday. 

SHIPPING

All domestic orders within Europe are shipped using reputable carriers. Please ensure that your shipping address can be delivered by either carrier. We also ship to PO Boxes. If an order is returned to us due to absence during the time of delivery, you will be responsible for the re-shipping charges.

 

All orders placed after 12 PM will be shipped on the next business day. For example, orders placed at 1 PM on a Friday will not ship until Monday. Please note that we are closed on weekends.

 

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number for reference. Most orders should arrive within 3 to 5 business days from the date of shipment.
